After all, it's not AMD that's late and desperate, it's NVIDIA at the moment. And as for the current gen of cards, NVIDIA has other problems like high power draw and low availability, not performance. AMD on the other hand has lower prices, lower power usage and high availability. So frame or two less, who really cares?
