They are certainly not Elpida Hyper design because:

- they don't scale with higher voltage
- the chip package looks more like Samsung IC, not Elpida
- Elpida doesn't scale with higher tRCD than 9

From what I have tried 9-10-9 at 2400MHz is no go, 8-10-8 doesn't boot at 2300MHz. The comportament is very different from what chips I know, I will study more and post here my findings
