I'd probably say this is a frivolous lawsuit under normal circumstances, but with Apple trying to claim they invented multi-touch on mobile devices, maybe they are getting a bit of "what goes around comes around."

Same for the ridiculous "i" letter, yeah. Oh, they also invented tablets.
