Ambient temp is around 7°-8°C at night, temps in bios are around 32°C when benching
No, I always use Spire BLUEFROST, very cheap but excellent paste
Like I said, there is no point to stress cpu outside computer case and with cold air,when I mount it in and close the rig I'll show some 24/7 temps
