start and re-start on an EVGA p55 FTW

hi,

i have a little issue here with my brand new P55 FTW!
i've seen that it's normal to get a re-start of the system a few seconds after the first start... ok!
but i get it every time!!
after that, everything works fine!
and i don't unplugg it in the meantime or change anything in the bios... just a normal shut down and start again.

my system runs with a non official vista 64bit for the moment (need the install XP pro 32bit for work, but can't get it all the way ?!) could that be part of the problem? the bios hasn't been flashed yet, but i will do that soon.

it seems so...
apparently i have to flash the bios (get something newer than A27) and disable the CLOCKGEN...
