North Korea? Do they have freely available internet even? That country is more dictatorial than China regarding information and citizens overseeing.

I honestly doubt NK people could play on a game's server hosted in Europe or the US...
South Korea is another thing completely thought, so maybe you saw people from there instead.

I doubt anyone but Kim Jong da Illest could even afford a computer there.

Freedom of information is pretty low on the list of everything that is fcked up with that country.
