I'm not 100% sure these are for GF3 but you can try them :

Car Chase - 10.0
Dragothic - 12.0
Lobby - 4.0
Nature - 3.1
Allready tried them but the score was lower than with fixed LOD 4. But with Ti 4600 these settings worked great.
