I think he is referring to the slides posted a few pages back. The one with the <300W info and the other one comparing GTX480 and HD5870 features.

I though this design with heatpipes over the card is fake too.

When someone says "<300W" it means its close to it. Saying that statement is false doesnt imply its more...
