    Lightbulb something that made us think a lot about it

    here is somethink to talk about reliable reviews from big forums.

    that controller that they tested is not an
    The 9210-8i, aka Intel RS2BL080 BUT the RS2WC080 (February 2010 1.0 Initial Release) controller....
    i dont know if that controller is the 9210... or something is missing there but
    what i know for sure is that RSWC080 is not the RS2BL080....

    I thought we looked at this a while ago and figured that these were prototypes that became 9211 and 9260, correct?

    the 9211 yes. the 9211 is the lsi version of the 9210. the 9211 IS the 9210, except with different port placement for different rack systems. the intels are merely rebranded LSI controllers, yu can even flash the firmwares interchangeasbly between the two.
