Exactly, I heard that GF100, we were actually calling it G300/GT300, was about G200 size and this was back in August.This is what i've remembered as well, not only from his article, but also from his post in his forum. I don't give a fvck about the exact number, but he's more correct in his diesize info than many nVidia's fanbois and worshippers who sweared on November release & 470 mm^2 or less diesize since last summer.
