Finally I recieved decent CPU pot that can hold load in wPrime 1024M and other multi-threaded benchmarks - XtremeLabs.org MAGNUM CPU Pot.
Before testing my 965 C3 again with new pot I tried some cheap AMD CPUs first - Athlon II X2 245, Athlon II X4 620 and Phenom II X3 705e. Last CPU is most interesting and can work stable in 4-core mode after simple enabling two options in MSI 790FX-GD70 BIOS. Also on air (box-cooler) this CPU can reach 415MHz HTT clock!

I know, with DDR2-based motherboard and 1:1 memory divider HTT clock can be much higher, but I can't remember more with DDR3 and 1:2. Unfortunately with LN2 max HTT clock decreased to 404 MHz...

Hardware config:
CPU - Phenom II X3 705e
Mobo - MSI 790FX-GD70
RAM - G.Skill 2000C7 (two sticks)
Video - Sapphire Radeon HD4830
PSU - Topower 1000W
CPU Pot - XtremeLabs.org MAGNUM

Here is LN2 results and pics:

CPU-Z: 5050 MHz - both 3-core and 4-core results limited by HTT
