Anything in particular anyone wants to see tested feel free to ask, i'm just sifting and running stuff no rhyme or reason, mainly searching for bug's issues etc etc.

I'd like to see a back to back comparisation of 3d mark 05 or 06 with a decent videocard or two (overclocked preferably) between this board and a 790FX board.

Currently in beta status. When/If given permission I can host it.

Two things, if you are still looking for requests:

    1. Do a run at 5-5-5 memory timings.

    2. Run HDTune on a RAID 0 array using the onboard controller

5-5-5 I can try but my set usually will only pull 5-6-5 @ 1600.

I don't have any 2 drives that are identical, seeing as this is something that just about every review site can and does test there is no need to be redundant nor am I technically a reviewer.

I just show what the hardware is capable of severely out of spec where a raid array imho is not a good idea and which most review sites don't do and search for bugs.

I'll run HDTune, I've got two RAID 0 arrays here with two Western Digital Caviar Blacks.

One is a 330 GB array which was on my old setup and then now a 900 GB array on my new setup. The 330GB array was shortstroked, so it should be faster. Both OS'es and arrays are pretty cluttered. I'm running the Gigabyte 890GX board though, but same SB850 controller.

Bought this board believe it or not for new HTPC. Ordered a C3 955 instead and plan to swap it for the 720BE in gaming rig after testing.

One thing I would like to note which is why I didn't push the IGP to hard yet.

Those looking to play with the IGP avoid the following sideport frequencies when setting manually for now, nothing bad will happen to the board however it will be rather hard to tell what you are doing with weird bios screens.

Tested on M4A89PROGTS ( non USB3 ) current latest bios on ASUS site, 0402.

1400,1610,1700,1790,1910, 2000 ( all frequencies or dividers not listed are fine )

Will verify on USB3 version board once its back on the table but I know 1400 should be avoided.
