    You should integrate the cpu as well! Then it will be completely 'clean'

    Integrated CPU block... hmm. That would be extremely awesome, no doubt. The problem being if you have a tendency to swap out various CPUs on a regular basis like I do, removing the entire board block just to change the CPU would be a big pain in the ass, otherwise... I would love to see it!

    Duniek, it requires a thick sheet plate of 9-12mms (and $$$): the height difference between the NB and CPU is 5.25mm. I have a project that I have not completed yet "triple block: sb-nb-cpu". I'am using a thick acrylic of 15mm . i havent finised yet cause i´ve been spending awfull lot of time in the Prototype CPU LGA 775-1366 and the TRIPLE RADIATOR (acrylic cover).

    Have you had a chance to use a 3D scanner or a 3D coordinate measuring machine on motherboards to make a perfect-fit full cover WB?
