Question DFI Lanparty Ultra B & Hynix memory

Helo! It's my first post on this forum and I have one simple question . DFI motherboard have just arrived to Poland and i want to change my faulty Abit NF7-s rev2. Someone told me that this DFI doesn't like hynix memory (these d43). Is it true? I cannot find informations about it anywhere.

Thanks & Greets from Poland, Adasi

    They will work fine together.

What they were referring to likely is that you may have to disable CPC (Command Per Clock) to run high FSB, and Hyinx chips are not good for tight timings as most prefer to use on AMD boards.

All along the watchtower the watchmen watch the eternal return.

You said (Command Per Clock) - what does it mean? I do not have my DFI yet, so my knowledge about this board is only based on the internet...

Yes i know that Hynix memory doesn't like tight timings, but I think they are the best memory in Poland. Bh-5 is unavilable in my country, and others like Geil, OCZ are very very expensive & i simply don't have cash for it. Maybe this year i would buy bh5 in England/Germany but i don't know the price yet.

    Thanks for answering, Adasi
