    How does this sound?

I've looked at a lot of threads and this is what I've come up with for my gpu cooling prodject.

    Swiftech MCP600 pump $79
    Swiftech MCW50-T gpu block $59
    JR-120 radiator $35
JR 120 Fan Shroud Kit $10
    YS Tech 120x38mm Fan $15
    Tygon High Grade Tubing: 1/2" $2.65/ft x10ft
    Luberex dielectric grease $5.10
    2 Oz HydrX coolant $1.35x 5
Nylon Hose Clamp (10- pack) $7.50
1/2" Stem to 1/2" Tube ID Hose Barb $6.50

What do you think and do I have listed everything I'll need? Also what about insulation for the back of the card? Do I need to get anything special for that? Thanks in advance

    Phil

that sounds like a perfect setup to me.

you wont insulation for the mcw50-t, it comes with some neoprene ( not that it really even needs it )

Yea pick up some insulation for the back of the card. The thing that comes stock wont do anything.

additional insulation isnt necessary at all, unless you are going to run the TEC @ higher voltage, etc.

what swiftech supplies is perfectly fine for insulation.

Thanks guys, I'll probably pick up some extra neoprin. They sell it pretty cheap at danger den. Better safe then sorry and if I what to go with a higher pelt later I'll have some on hand. I'll order it all in the morning.

Edit: I hope this does well, for a couple of hundred more I could pick up a machI. It'll be fun regardless.

I hadn't planned on getting one, but wasn't sure if I needed one or not. Also after looking at the TEC section it seems that it might be better to get a maze4-1 and a 172 TEC. Any thoughts.

perosnally, i would go that route because ive heard that the 9800xt's are doing just as good on plain water than on a MCW50-T because it overloads the dinky 80 watt TEC. I have mine because my G4 ti 4200 barely puts up a fight thermal-wise.
