I Use 2 x cold cathods wich have foil to redirect the light forwards towards the item im taking a photo off.
Most ppl get the same reslts as the UV aspect is pritty strong if done correctly.
But it allso depnds on the back ground as ive taken pics with black and red back grounds as well that dont reflect the light as much as a white back ground. Perosnly i dont use photo tricks but ive seen some ammazing results with some ppl who have played a little.
i dont think its that hard to get a deep red you just need to play but if you after a UV deep red ... well thats another matter .. I will allways say this i have not found a perfect UV Red yet and ive tested over 180 dyes now ...
