Personally, I like the announcement of the Chris Arlington memorial PC. I knew the guy for a short time and I hope they will take the raffle onto the internet as well because I'll be bidding on it for the sole reason of helping out Chris' mother.

I am sure I missed it as I stopped following Fermi about 6 months ago, but what happened to the 300 series?

Glad I didnt wait for the next gen of nvidia when I bought my 4890. I would still be waiting.

They used it to announce (not release) the GeForceFX series I believe.

It seemed that they released three words and everyone else filled in the blanks for themselves. Would we all have liked to have seen reviews and hard numbers up today? I am sure everyone would have but expectations for this were a bit too high anyways...

sry, but nvidia hyped this themselves. that's also the reason why everyone is pissed - in the facebook comments (90% out of over 200 comments are disappointed people
