Intel mod contest winners announced - Legend Duck wins!

The Intel mod building contest, the “Custom Desktop Challenge,” is officially over, but the competition was fierce and entries were definitely creative. After a couple weeks of voting, the winners have finally been announced. Check out http://www.intelcorechallenge.com to see the most innovative mod.

I feel very privilledged to receive the award winning Benchtable from Duck:

It comes with the top hold-down mount, the full sets of bolts to push down on his custom made Pot at center and sides. 2 very hard rubber pads are included to back the cpu socket against the top down pressure.

The finish is excellent and non glossy so no greasy fingerprints. Great job Duck!

    Hi Peter

Thank you for introducing our bench table.
I was sorry that it was not enough to drill a hole
for M/B(Classified 4-Way SLI) in this bench table .

What is the purpose of the little tube at the bottom of the VGA-container?

    hi massman

    It's been a long time.

The purpose of the tube controls temperature.
I clean LN2 left in the pot with a vacuum cleaner,
so it can avoid "graphic card cold bug " .

In addition, this VGA-container have remarkable performance.
    Without putting LN2 in a VGA-container(as empty) ,
Graphics-Test of Vantage can run to complete.
(In the case of Vgpu+0.2v GPU-Clock more than 1000MHz Temp: -125c)

    Our team member NABE-san made VGA-container. (WRB-01A)
He is "mechanic" of our team and can make anything. hahaha...
