Well the CPU seems to need high vCore but it runs quite cool anyway.
Did a Vantage run at 4768MHz, you can see the screens here: http://www.diskusjon.no/index.php?se...ost&p=15208990

Not correct AFAIK. With 21x multi set, I have 21.00x on all 4(8) cores even when under full load. Might want to check with the Turbo Tool and see if it's the same for yours.

This could be any number of things but the most common is probably the IDE settings. Make sure you have the drive controller settings properly configured before trying to boot into Windows. Memory timings, voltage, etc. is another possibility that quickly comes to mind.
If I'm a danger to myself just think what I could do to you.

Im using 1504s setings ,when try with Optimised Default settings there is no problem with 1802.I thing that problem is in memory settings or some controller because Prime gives error in Blend test in the beggining of the test.I dissabled J Micron in bios to prevent this test in the beggining ,im using RAID 0 ,maybe this is the problem with IDE ?

I have a BUG, I 3x2Gb detected with 6Gb, but actually the slot 2 does not work (or slot 1 and 2 do not work)
So going with dual-channel with 4088mb

I have seen comments that can be devis to a pin socket, anyone knows that has this pin location?

I have one and it works perfectly R2E

    Thk

It's either your overclocking settings or the CPU not making a good contact with the pins that is causing the issue.

Really small tweezers or pliers and a steady hand should get you out of trouble. Just be careful and don't break it!

I had something like this with a Gigabyte UD5. I used a needle to bend the pin back. After it worked but only @ default speeds. Very annoying............. Ultimately i got a R2E.

Pushed ram a little harder trying to get best time from SPI32M with CPU @ 4GHz HT on using W7. No OS tweaks, so close to sub 9 mins

    4GHz | 4GHz uncore | DDR3-2004 MHz | 7-8-7-20 1T | B2B = 4

    Good!

How much Vqpi is needed for above configuration?

Passed initial run with 1.3875v BIOS set (~1.33v real) but failed on re-run, bumped it up to 1.40v BIOS set (~1.35v real) passed a few runs with no problems.

Hey guys, haven't posted in this thread in forever!! I want to put a third vid card in the bottom slot for Physx, but I cannot fit my titanium sound card in the top slot with my koolance NB/SB/QPI-Dram waterblock. I was thinking of just selling my koolance block and get the bitspower R2E block since I have heard it will allow my sound card in that top 1x pci-e slot. Do you think it's worth it this late in this boards life to buy another WB? Or should I just wait for the new asus board? If it would be good to get the new block, who wants to buy my koolance one? LOL :P
(New build):MSI Big Bang X-power II with XSPC MB blocks, Core I7 3930k@4.6Ghz with HT on, 3x GTX 480 SLI with EK Waterblocks(for now), X-fi Titanium, Gskill quad kit 16GB 2133mhz, 2x240GB Corsair GT SSD's(raid 0), 3xWD 2TB drives, Silverstone Strider ST1500 Watt, Dell3007WFP and 2x Samsung 305T's. Water loop: EK HF CPU block, XSPC RX480 Rad, Coolgate GC480, Airplex Revolution 420 Rad, 2x DDC 3.25 18W with EK dual top, Caselabs STH10 white with customizations....

I'd just wait for the R3E to come out, then assess the options.

    With 2 x GTX295's I wouldn't bother with a PhysX card, save your money.
