Agreed, new et6 really SUCKS!! et6 caused my ud6 board to go into the only boot loop it has had, as soon as I moved the slider to up vcore it locked up.

Well after topping out at 4300 stable and figuring out my ram limitations that where actually quite good if i need to push to 4500 .. Im back at 4.0 lowering my vtt and and reference as low as possible to see how low I cant get my vcore , once I hit that I'm go back up 100mhz at a time adjusting vtt and vcore as needed to stable at higher speeds ... here's last night results not the best but not the worst either

Coretemp sometimes reads the low vid rather than the high vid. You need to have a screen of real temp showing min and max vids

    4750Mhz is just a joke

Max 24/7 I took out of my Q9650 was 4680Mhz otherwise it would explode the WC system into flames. Nicely done Sergio!

    Q9650 3.0GHz 12MB L2 Cache Overcloacking help

OK everyone there is a ton of post for this proc, and overclocking it. I need help i am really new to overclocking, and all the lingo, but i have followed your guys instruction to overclock my I7. now i have finely bought my wife a new proc (she's been using a p4 on a Striker Extreme mother board for 3 or 4 years now). we are water cooling her PC. I see you all have manage to get it 4.5-4.9 for 24/7, so that is my goal. I need help. please can someone give me a step, by step info on how i can archive this goal, what i need to change, and at what increments to get there, also what to watch out for.

Thank you all for the help.
