I think I may have some DUD OCZ 1600 Memory or a bad cpu, or it could be just the fact that I know crap about all these voltages and bios settings.
I do know I cant get my memory to run but on the lowest divider @ 573mhz to get to 4ghz on the cpu. My QPI/VTT seems like it needs to be high also 1.42v any lower and all frezzes. I doesn't mater if I raise the Vcore or the PLL I can't lower the QPI/VTT.

    Here is my voltages
    Vcore 1.275
    QPI/VTT 1.420
    PLL 1.800
    Dram 1.64

    Mem 2:6
    7-7-7-16
Didn't make a difference if I loosed timings or raised voltages any time trying to run 1500+Mhz system was unstable.

I'm running a Megahalem and temps never go above 63c

    Any Tips/Tricks would be appreciated.
    rise up the v-core!

    enable the load line calibration

    set v-qpi at 1.34

ensure if the uncore frequency is at double of ram speed.

reset the bios and change only:

    blck 200mhz
    cpu multiplier x20
    uncore 3200mhz
    ram 1600 8 8 8 24 2t

    load line calibration enabled

    v-core 1.3v (after try lower)
    v-qpi 1.34v
    v-dimm 1.64v

I tried your settings and I abruptly crashed with in a few min. I did how ever have all the CPU throttling functions disabled.
I then proceeded to reset my cpu and mem did just as you said and all is well. All the cpu throttlers are enabled right now and I've been doing prime for 15 min or so.

    My new voltages settings

    vcore 1.350 probably can lower
    QPI/VTT 1.34
    PLL 1.800
    Dram 1.64
    Everything else auto
    loadline set to 1
    200x20
    Mem@1600 8-8-8-24
    Max temp 67c during prime

I think when I disable the The CPU Throttlers (eist and the others)I'll be come unstable again. Does it matter? I never see CPU fluctuating.

Oh and I forgot I seem to be having a sound Issue the only way I can get sound out of my rear speakers is to have the 7.1 option enabled. I've downloaded the latest drivers from reltek. any1 else having this issue?

Big Thanx to Andrea deluxe for guiding me in the right direction. and the guide over at overclockers.com

    I'm now running at 4.2 200x21

    vcore 1.350
    qpi/vtt 1.34
    dram 1.66
ioh core 1.40 I have a fan on the NB now got a little warm 1.38 might work
    PLL 1.8
    Temps 64c high
    mem 1600 9 9 9 24 2t gunna try 8 8 8 24 1t again later
    all CPU throttlers off
    HT off
prime stable for 45 min now

When I changed the IOH voltage my computer got quieter. It actually sounded like a hard drive loading data all the time.

This has turned out to be a great, affordable upgrade. 199.00 920-219.00 MB-135.00 Ram GO MICRO CENTER

I can now choice CrossX/SLI and have the latest USB/SATA spec.......I'm geeeeked. all for a 530.00 upgrade

    Thanx all

The 7.1 is right for your setting. If you are using the 5.1 then you can just switch the rear pair to the side pair jack.

I found I get no surround sound no matter what I play if it isn't strictly encoded for surround.
If I put a SRV DVD in the surround works like a champ.

    20x mulit?? 2T?? Dude...

Try these, 21x200 at 1.375V prolly a little too much but since it's Gigabyte it prolly droops like crazy. Uncore at 16x, QPI at 36x, Turbo off, disable everything c-state/power saving related, ram at 1.64V, QPI at 1.30V.
