Thx Now I'll start overclocking, I'll take things slowly so I could get used to the EVGA BIOS which I find very unorganized unlike the Gigabytes and the Asus!

Just use the BIOS to set your RAM timings and final overclock settings. The entire overclocking and tweaking stage can be done in ELEET.

Does Eleet change the BIOS settings from windows or I need to run it every time ?
It changes it right from Windows. You can go through the entire cycle of rough overclock-stress testing-tweaking right from Windows without rebooting, and once you are satisifed with your settings just reboot and save them in the BIOS.
