Good grief people have a short memory. Until an acceptable level of customer service is achieved by Primochill I for one don't give a damn what they sell.
Sorry for not pulling punches, just how I feel. Nice to see how all the people who bought faulty T3's had their hard earned cash invested though.
I can't believe this thread has appeared before people have even had RMA emails acknowledged.
Edit: Post context in response to the company's product release. I do understand that you personally work pretty much freelance BoxGods. The Primochill logo is all over the images though. There are obvious flaws in Primochills ability to support its products aftersales and deliver a part suitable for purpose from the designs they receive.
