GPU:
200k = 0.4
20K = 0.48
2k = 481
for mem:
200k = 0.5
20k = 0.55
2k = 558

Ok, a 10K potentiometer/trimmer will work for both mods.

You have Samsung memory. You can run them 2.2v, but you most keep them cool to do so. Ram sinks are recommended over 2.0v.
