    My New D300s + 18-200mm + MB-D10 Grip. Sample Photos!

    Hey guys,

Just got my new D300s yesterday! Was playing around with it for a few hours and took a few stock photos, trying not to fiddle too much with any settings & didn't do any post processing. Just wanted to see what it could do on AUTO settings straight out of the box so that I can compare.

    Feel free to criticize.

    Cheers.

I would say, quite good pics.

Bit too much noise on first, you shot in JPEG? Sharpness could be bit better, but cause you from some unknown reasons choosed 18-200, itīs probably not possible to make it better. Btw. why you bought that? I mean, D300s plus grip, great.. but coupling it with this?

Btw. maybe it just seems to me, but looks like if it has slight front-focus (lens - probably can be fixed by micro-adjustment in body).

Otherwise, keep shooting (and maybe get at least some decent cheap prime lens).

The 3rd one and the 6th one looks good. For the other ones (especially 5th), you will need a nice flash.
