There's a bigger difference between GF104 and GF100 than beteween Cypress XT and Cypress Pro.

And isn't Vantage really Nvidia-loving anyway? So it might be not as fast in other applications... I'd be really curious about Unigine stuff.

If anything you'll be getting pre-cooked benchmarks with the most positive bias you can find. Ultimately irrelevant.

Inquiring minds want to know . Besides, it's not hard to come across parts even during a softlaunch so long as they exist, if you look. I'm looking forward to switching back to nvidia for my personal rig I must say. I couldn't care much less about 3dmark except for comparing my own system to itself...

im not into it as you guys are but my guess would be that the benchmarks are from the gtx380 because every pic i have seen of the new card's have had a 6 pin and an 8 pin connector.... surley the 360 wouldnt require so much power? i know fermi has a large die but that would be an awfull lot of juice for the 360?

If a 6-pin + 8-pin gives me ~20% more performance overall than an HD5870, bring it on.
