Or.. save some money... and fire up some prime95 benchmarks for 10 minutes each morning, turning the rad fans on full. It'll warm things up.

I used to do this in my room when it was 10C to heat it up to at least 16 worked wonderfully 2 gtx260's and a corei7 makes a good heater.
