Ok I just got my Classified, sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet!
I'm also turning on my new 950 for the first time, any way I'm currently stuck by a bad DDR3 RAM, I got those new OCZ reaper DDR3 2000 and I'm testing them one by one, the first stick gave me more than 800 errors within 10 min. of Memtest, the 2nd stick gave me 2 errors within half an hour, I'll test the 3rd stick also, seems I have to visit the retail store to change them

Also, I had to lose one of my swiftech MCR220 because it won't fit touching the NB heatsink, so what I did is use the 4 S-Flex Fans on my other MCR220 attached to the top of the case and reverse the air flow in which I have a push-pull configuration!

OK I'm having the same issue I had with the gigabyte Mobos and the CWT PSUs, some times the mobo refuses to boot unless I unplug the PSU for a while..... DAMN

Seems I have to get a new non CWT PSU.

what do you think of the enermax Galaxy EVO?
    Give me other recommendations.

Bad idea IMO. I'd get Corsair or Antec.

The problem with the corsair is that some of it are CWT based models !
OK Enermax, are out of the window, I need a modular PSU with at least 3x6 PCI-e + 3x(6+2) PCI-E

These are based on the CWT models which are giving me problems with every X58 board I've used, the R2E suffered the least but the gigabyte and the classy are totaly screwed for me !!

    I've tried the following PSUs:

TT tough power 1200 (CWT model)
TT tough power 1500 (CWT model)
    Gigabyte Oden 1200 (CWT model)

All gave me the same result.

Salamander, strange PSU issue, I've not seem any issues with the CWT built PSU's reported before. I thought people used Corsair TX850's and HX850's without issue on the Classified. You could use a Corsair HX1000 (dual 500w Seasonic), Antec Signature 850w (Delta) - both are very nice units. Check out JonnyGURU's PSU review website for all you nee to know about the two I mentioned and others.

Perhaps also email/PM Shamino, he should be able to shed some light on your problem.

I've had an Enermax EVO Galaxy 1250W on my E760 since August and haven't had any issues. The current/revised generation EVO 1250's work just fine with Classy's.

I have nothing against the CWT PSUs, it's just I'm having a hard time with them and the X58 boards, Maybe it's the batch I had since they are kind of old manufactured, Guess what, my friend who lend me his TT1200 just called me, he said his TT just died right now !!!!!!!!!!!!
It's a petty really that some one pays 300$ for a PSU to die on him just after the warranty ends...................

Don't use a Silverstone PSU, many people have had problems with them and the Classified, plus Silverstone has terrible customer service. I recall one guy on the EVGA forums had his Silverstone ST1500 take out his Classified, i7 975, and GTX295, and Silverstone refused to admit fault. If you really need that much power, go with a HX1000 (which is officially supported by EVGA) or an Antex TruePower 1200.
    Regards,
    Chris

    100%, read OklahomaWolf's review:
    http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php...Story&reid=104
Just barely visible on the left side of this picture is a small hole in the side of the unit. Through this hole is the switch that converts the unit to single 12V mode. On for single, off for sextuple. What this switch really does is disable the multiple 12V overcurrent protection... that's it. Since the unit's capacity is evenly divided among six 12V rails that you can pick and choose from on the modular panel you are unlikely to need to set this unit to single, but the functionality is there should you desire the ability to compete with the PC Power and Cooling and Corsair set.

OK this is strange, I rearranged some cables on the PSU side, reseted the CMOS and made a 10 Pass memtest 4 on all the sticks and they worked with no issue !!!!

I'll install windows now then try to run my RAM at their rated speed of 2000!

So I have kind of a noobish question, which setting would factor how much ram the computer can see, say you have a system overclocked and you have 6 gigs of ram and once your system is overclocked and booted you only have 3 available, I had a rock stable 4.4 passed 20 lines of liunux then after some time at gaming it dropped me down to 3 gigs avilable once I changed the OC I had 6 gigs again, I did mem test and tried several different sets of ram booting with a stick in each slot to check for defective hardware. Thanks in advance!
