Please can you post de exact model that you have please!! .
thanks!
We do not list any AMD platforms for the DDR3-1600 CL7 spec and others such as DDR3-2000 because not all AMD systems can run these. If we state that it is compatible with AM3 systems, many people with CPUs and mobos that are unable to handle the rated spec, expect it to run at spec, then when they can't get it to, it's "bad ram".
QVL from mobo manufacturers are memory kits that they have tested, so if their tests have shown to be compatible, they list it on their QVL. Our QVL is what we have specifically tested on.
Most LGA1156 memory should have no issues with LGA 1366, although it is not guaranteed since we do not test them specifically for those platforms.
Thank you

Thanks for the post G.Skill!
So do we have any benchers with an AMD testplatform using this? The only results I've seen so far are those from Chew* I thaught more would be interested
SweClockers.com
CPU: Phenom II X4 955BE
Clock: 4200MHz 1.4375v
Memory: Dominator GT 2x2GB 1600MHz 6-6-6-20 1.65v
Motherboard: ASUS Crosshair IV Formula
GPU: HD 5770
Those are some impressive results with those sticks. I bought a set and have yet to play with them.
Sure, nothing wrong about that.
I currently have an Eco kit and I knew that was not officially AMD tested/approved (like any other GSkill kit), so no complains here. In the end, they don't seem an ideal fit for AM3 setups, but that's about it. They seem to perform very nicely with Intel i5 setups, and that's good, it's what they are for.
I only talked about the "MA790FXTA-UD5" case because it uses the same chipset than the "790FXT-UD5P", and yet Gigabyte says the ECO kit CL7 12800 is compatible at it's settings, which is kind of "weird". We only hope that the new board has a much better bios and better optimization...
In any case, was never implied that his would be a GSkill related issue.
Guess what came from Mr. UPS and Mrs. FedEx yesterday?

paired up with my:
Corsair HX620w, which I thought had died last week. Still not sure why the +12v rail went crazy, but it seems fine now...~2 years old.

So far i've had it up to 8-9-8-24-1T at 2100, but 2100 is as far as it goes all around. Max bclk is 220, max cpu is 4.6 so far.

Thanks for the screens jareczek and Hiwa. You made my hand go to the order button. They're so damn cheap compared to Domi GT etc that I couldn't let these lay there in stock at the webshop
Naturally I will also share my findings on P55 ftw as soon as I receive the dimms
Question:
What's the difference between these two and why the one with tighter timings costs less! (apart from 777 timings on the second one):

The first kit is 1600mhz, second is 1333mhz.
Mos probably they have same chips.

I'm having similar problems with the kit, but I can actually post at most speeds and timings. It just bsod on me at random. However, I'm currently on the A39 bios and have yet flashed to a later bios.
Today I have time and might mess around with these sticks some more. So far I have been very unsuccessful.
Using P55 FTW here as well and everything is fine thus far in my testing. Flash BIOS A51, it gives you the lower memory voltages and works well. It also says in the changelist that it "improves memory compatibility".
