    I noticed that also but yet it says 13 micron in the same line, you think it's a misprint?

    it's D1 stepping, wonder if this is related to prescott's newer steppings. looks like a northwood with .13u. perhaps they just added more layers like the new Gallatin cores.

    I remember reading somewhere that intel doesn't list unreleased processors so it should be out..

    Also i would like to point out that this should be a pretty major change from the old northwoods becasue it's a sl7 while the others are sl6 codes.

    It's still possible that there was an error when they entered it and it should read .09 micron with 1mb cache

    EDIT : actually after going back and looking at the full list, this must be a new stepping of northwoods becasue they have the same thing listed for the 3.2 and 3.4 chips. Impossible they made 3 typos.

    EDIT 2 : where are the EE's on this list? Maybe these are them

    all 3.0C's Listed

    SL78Z - 1.25-1.40
    SL6WU -1.25-1.525
    SL6WK - no voltage shown(should be 1.525)

    Only other 3.0 I was waiting for was the Prescott 3.0E DO, which I haven't seen yet.

    Just so no one takes that pic the wrong way, the processor WILL run 4.5, but not at the default voltage, I just jumped into bios and switched to default Vcore, takes about 1.7 to get 4.5....

    I noticed that also but what i was really excited about is the sl7 in the sspec while the only other sl7's are the prescott's.

    I was just thinking the other day how much the Northwood would rock (again) if they released it at 90nm and gave it the extra 2 layers and a 1MB cache....mmmmmm.......

    Those are D1 (AEP) chips (with new package, and two metal-layers added in core):

    SL78X = 2.6C
    SL78Y = 2.8C
    SL78Z, SL6WE, SL6WU = 3.0C
    SL792 = 3.2C
    SL793 = 3.4C

    My P4 box code is BX80532PG2800DSL6Z5

    Which seems to be M0 stepping however it's a useless overclocker as it won't do 3.5Ghz even with 1.8v!!! Or it could be my stock cooler holding me back?

    Is the mobo a proven overclocker? I only ask because I don't see alot of MSI's being used here. How are the temps? Are there more vcore options between 1.6v and 1.7v than the 875 version of the neo?

    My SL6WU (L342) looks like usual D1, with no additional capacitors. But i don't care much about that

    Well if anyone inds one of these sl7 NW chips please post about where you bought it and what speeds you are hitting. I will start looking myself, cause I have been waiting for this chip for a long time.
