Yeah, tried that, MSI emailed it to me, same result. Anyone else had this problem.

The PCI-E slots work fine with other cards, the cards (I tried 2 Xenos) work fine n other boards.

I changed the board for a Crosshair III as I can't afford to wait for them to get a Xeno and test/fix it. Seems like every system I do with 790FX gets changed like this one way or the other!

Man been there done that, Bigfoot support said the board mfg. did not implement proper pci-e standards, or it would work! I put the xeno in my Gigabyte rig and it worked fine... All that work and worry, and my ping and game play was not changed and xfire and msn messenger did not work with xeno either.. RMA'd the xeno

I am running bios 1.8b4 and get the Hypertransport error too. I went back to 1.6 and it still crashes, but just doesn't show the error--so still no dice!
Is this a board issue or graphic drivers? Will try 9.12's today!

Not sure what causes that sync flood error, i think i read on the msi forum that its graphics related, but 184 bios is best one yet for me.
