Erm, actually the photo above is not right. It must be some kind of a preproduction sample. In the normal card the caps are all rotated by 90 degrees, so the standard markings apply: shaded area is the negative terminal. For the capacitor in question that would be the bottom pin being negative.

i had that same capacitor break off, it was aligned perfectly with the power switch, reset, HD, etc. braket. It broke off but luckily i could put it back into place with out having to figure out the polarity (since it only fit a certain way). I wish I could be more help, I'm looking around if I come across anything I'll post later.
