I actually had an issue with Primochill Ghost fittings (not the polycarb compressions, the metal 1/2" fittings).

I forget if it was inlet or outlet though, and the block is in the possession of someone else at the moment, sorry.

I just wanted to add in case you have the ability to test those as well. I believe it was the outlet if that makes a difference.
