    heat is the reason I have a mugen 2 also, and have my 5770 @ 1ghz with 70% fanspeed. I did that all because of heat.

    If you flash to ASUS 5970 bios, you can use smartdoctor for 1.45 vcore & AMD gpuclocktool to go above 1000mhz core. Your bios is flashed to 1270 memory minimum? You've used overvolt tool to increase memory voltage?

    Even though you are at > 1.3v, it is incredible that Vrms can goto 80-90C even under a full cover waterblock.
