    I can clarify the four letter code a tad:

    Example: WPMW

    First Letter:
    A/R = Monday
    B/S = Tuesday
    C/T = Wednesday
    D/U = Thursday
    E/V = Friday
    F/W = Saturday
    G/X = Sunday
    So we can see that WPMW was made on a Saturday.

    I can't remember what the second letter means, WPMW

    The third letter is batch number, A=1, B=2, etc, M=mixed. WPMW = mixed batch.

    The fourth letter as a W means that the chip came from Malaysia , if it's not present the chip came from Chine WPMW - EDIT: Regardless of where it came from, chips missing the W at the end don't clock worth a damn in general.

    I might be a tad off, it's been a LONG time since I learnt these

    If thats right...

    Many good steppings are made on Monday A/R first letter.

    Opteron 146 did start with A the first good ones that did come out.
    Opteron 165-185 LCBQE 0722 RPAW the best ones i have seen of 165-185

    965BE C3 APMW 0944

    But some another days are good to , more lucky draw i think....but if i have to chose FPMW or RPAW i will easy pick RPAW or something like APMW instead of FPMW.

    I have 955BE - 0915 BPBW and seems that it is great. 4.4GHz on air even if it isn't made on Monday

    What should BPBW (3rd letter) stand for?
    M = mixed
    B = ? (binned )
