Wow, that's quite unfortunate ajaidev! I assume this was temperature related? What kind of temps were you seeing with your 4 5850's?

i dont think that it was temp related because the system was not in a cabinet but open air. I think the stress of useing all 5850's for a long period of time did that, so maybe something to do with over voltage or maybe the cap was faulty from first.

Have sent the mobo for rma, the temps of the 5850 were under 80C at all time.

That's surprising. Roughly how long and how much use was your board setup with the 4 way CF? I don't recall anyone else experiencing this problem so hopefully its just an isolated occurrence. Hopefully the RMA process will go smoothly with MSI.
