    [Stupid Question]
considering the size of this heatsink, and the size of the heatsink on the OCZ Reaper HPC, will it fit? (Tri-channel kit on a Rampage II Extreme)

What do you mean? You cannot compare your system to theirs if that is what you are doing which I doubt but just in case.
Quite better than my Mugen 2...tempting....

Got a chance to test it as well!
Results look quite the same as with PT Megahelms, but here's comparison with TRUE 120C

    MB: Asus P7P55D
    CPU: Intel Core i5-750 @ 4.2Ghz (1.39V)
    Coolers: TRUE 120 revC & Noctua NH-D14
    Fans: standard NF-P12 un NF-P14 & 2x Scythe DFS123812H-3000
    Thermal grease: Arctic Silver Ceramique
    read software: RealTemp 3.00
    Ambient temp: ~22C
    Load: Prime95 v25.8 Blend & LinX 0.6.4

TRUE 120C with zalman ZM-F3 (1800rpm) vs Noctua with stock fans under Prime load:

And some Ultra Kaze (3000rpm/133.60Cfm) including @ push-pull fun under LinX load:

Hm bad graphs imo, but as far as i can recognize its about 3°C with 2x High RPM Fans. Can you test with 2x ~1200RPM (same fans on both setups) ?

    €dit:

I edited the graph a bit (hope i didnt messed up the exact results, but sould be ok i guess)

Made it with Powerpoint, I used the max temps from youre graph

basically there's 4-5C difference under LinX load on my rig when using same fans on both coolers (single kaze and push-pull)
I guess 1200rpm push-pull config would give you a bit lower results as with single kaze but tendency between these coolers would be the same

p.s. me ain't ms excel guru! but thanks for edit- looks OK just checked powerpoint- graphs looks simple and I could use it on further testing

What is price tag of this cooler?
I see recomended pricepoint is 74€/85$ - which is nowhere near the same over here.
74€ equals to 540 units in my currency.
85$ equals to 425 units in my currency.
    Now go figure

When it hits retail here, price will be about 700,it is almost 150 bucks.Air cooler is not worth that much
unless made of gold.Although, these are some fine temps (for air cooler).I think they have reached a standstill.
    They cannot advance much further.

Them retailer thieves here mugging us wherever they can.

I live close enough to you

That was just my speculation, but knowing that H50 tickles 200$ price at some retailers,I learned to expect the worse.
Not that it bothers me since I finally went for custom built EK setup two weeks ago

Say,any german based online retailers which ship internationally?
Offer here is next to catastrophic, any enthusiast built PC has a few parts ordered from abroad and due to not being
EU member yet Customs rips our skin from our backs with them fees and taxes, but it's the only way since I refuse to
acknowledge UD6 as best mobo on the market, for example.

Not mean to offend, but only valid heatsink vs heatsink comparison should be the one done on the same
setup, using same compound and in the same ambiental conditions.Surely, your result as opposed to theirs
could vary by a degree or two,but then again,it is all about a degree or two when crossing from Megashadow to
    this Noctua for example.

How can you compare to a system with a different configuration, different case, different AMBIENT temp...too many variables for any valid comparison, sorry.

    full ack

cant understand, why deltas are so popular in usa. in germany everyone is complaining that 1200rpm are too loud so the interesting thing for me is 800-1200rpm fans

2000RPM is fine turned down by fan controller when needed.

Deltas with turned down RPM can be nearly damn silent.
They are in fact really good fans.

It will be very nice if the D14 can be bought without the fans. That way, it can bring down the cost by ~20 dollars.

Oh, yes. I'd definitely support that. I don't like the fans coming with the cooler at all.
