As this is a slightly long work log, did I miss something?
When did you change from 2 loops to 1?

Or have I just lost the plot, again, still?

About a week ago, I took out 1 pump, cleaned it and prepped it (pump top, mounting, etc.) for the next build.

Lol there's no plot in this worklog. If there was one it'd be as bad as (or good?) as Armageddon's.

When you striped the pump down, was there much of that white coating in it?

Do you think you will bother to replace the pump that you nicked, since it only changed the temps by 1~2c and based on that, Is the next rig going to have 1 or 2 pumps in it.

Not a lot but yes there was, probably also from the rad. It's easy enough to clean but still, just 1 more reminder to flush all components thoroughly.
