Nice work. That's an old cpu from last year, I thought the 3565's would be newer worse clocking batches.

probably only the old gem 3845/3846 batches can meet validation for w3565 hehe

    Good job !

I don't get this. W3565 is a new CPU, how can the batch-number be from last year?.
Does this mean that Intel produced these chips last year and kept them in storage to be release now? In case, why?

Is there it a logical trend that can be used in Intel-batch-tracking?

Now you are talking. money talks BS walks, you know.

Just trying to discover a logic (if there is any who can be used for the feature) in this batch-business.

    EDIT:
I have seen many 3845, eva2000 has 3 of them, and I have seen a good deal of these.
I haven't seen many 3846 or 3847 around (correct me if I'm wrong guys),
then I have a 3848 myself and there is many others too.

Does it mean these 46 and 47 are "special" and stored away for feature use, like this kind of chips?

Sweet, 4.8GHz 3D and 5.1G valid. Really nice CPU there. Interested to see what it can do on some cold.

We know weeks 45 - 49 produced the best i7's - later batches don't perform close to the best from these weeks.

I haven't seen many week 46/47 either. The best week 45's seem to be 3845A935, so maybe they were just starting to get really good at that point?
Perhaps the week 46/47's also performed as well and the better ones were kept aside for the later CPU models ie: 3656/3570.

5ghz 32m on water! very nice. Can't do that with my W3570 yet for water cooling - temps too hot here 28-33C room temps heh.

    Best can do with W3570 3847A696 H20
