Don't get me wrong, I do not have a preference for any manufactures, I have used most of them and really like all of them, competition is good. When they screw up, they should be called out. It's not that a manufacture screws up, but how they handle it that really tells you about the company and their commitment to their customers. But there is also a point at which you just have to let it go and consider it a past mistake. If you can't let it go, therapy is always an option.
