I dont understand why intel are not releasing 32nm quads before sandybridge. You would think that they would be desperate to get all its range shunk to 32nm.

well as saya explained to me, intel has no need for 32nm quads there 40nm's are selling well the fab is paid off so there making the chips for little to nothing atm
