Yeah, seems to me that the throttle/kill signal is being sent intermittently...past 80C while being pretty far overspec is asking a lot of the VRMs, which could explain why you see the jumpy amperage readings.

No way Aion should provide the same amperage loads as FurMark--FurMark is significantly more stressful and power-eating than any game.
