    Yes and yes ^^..........I've already tested it, and the Twintec is about 1-3k behind the Mugen 2. It's a pretty good cooler, but not the best. Quality is very good and the mounting is fairly easy

    Temps are pretty good. Will link u upto a review soon. The GTs are very quiet and that's the main advantage. A lot of fans will push a lot more air at half the price
