I had this same problem with my M3A78-T ,had to use this version of afudos,these are ES versions from asus forums.

I tried both Afudos 2.07 and 2.36 with 2 different floppy disks and both of them won't do the job.
After I put the command in dos, it doesn't happen anything.The pc stops reading the disk and the only thing that I can do is restart, as I don't get any command prompt to try something else..
