Just to recap, most chips seem to be doing the following:
Average Low OC: 3.6GHz @ ~1.22 to ~1.30
Average Medium OC: 4.0GHz @ ~1.35 to ~1.38 vcore
Average High: 4.3GHz @ ~1.38 to ~1.42vcore
