mm well im quite happy, i made $100 in commission today on a super slow day (i work at Fry's in Palo Alto), so if it keeps up like this week is going now, i should be able to get everything paid for this weekend and look at ordering my second 5870 next saturday, after i get paid on friday lol

I've gotta stop sending out these black mounting clips because they have been damaging reservoirs when they get snapped in. For anyone who has them, just continue to be careful when installing.

thanks dude. i noticed it was tested before being sent (still a bit of water inside when it got here) and i appreciate it since i would much rather have a dead light than a leaking res . if you want i can send the broken light back to you if you think you can get a replacement. i also picked up an 18" party light that runs off AC power today and will be mounting it up in the case opposite where im mounting my res, so it should be lit up really nicely. only cost me $15 which is actually significantly less than what it would cost to get a bunch more AC ryan lights myself lmao.

my best guess is that maybe the light got a bit of water in it, i will check it out when i get the replacement in.

Alex, the clear mounts. Do they use the same mounting holes? Or will I need to drill more holes in the mobo tray.

I must say. i feel nervous with those black clips.

I got a update from him yestersday, all the res are done in the box but he can't get those clear mounts in on time, that's why it's delayed, but he is working on it.

Got all my pc components together... the last of my blocks should be arriving today... win7's out in a week or so... hopefully, I'll get my reses in the next week and have everything come together neatly for my build and avoid any hold ups. If not, I guess I'll just take my sweet time sleeving... sleeving sadly in the darkness wondering when my reses will arrive.

My last block came in like 2 month ago. My Hk 3.0 even have black spot on them now for sitting in the air for so long. And I need new thermal pad for my blocks due to the old ones are dusty. But I knew that when I see the res, I will be happy and feel like worth the wait. So I guess I will just keep waiting. And sleeving really is a good idea, I probably gonna do some of that too.
