Foxconn BloodRage Shared BIOS Settings

Hi, newbie here :P Looks like I've found BloodRage heaven here!

I have tried several of the shared BIOS settings here with nothing too stable. I am not looking to get to 4.0, I would be happy with a stable, safe, daily OC @ 3.8 and my ram running at 1600 like it is rated to run. I got it to 3.8, but the ram was not at 1600, and I didn't stability test it. I am sitting at 3.0 right now just by upping the FSB to 150. Can someone just get me started in the right direction? Or if anyone has settings like this that would be great too.

Here is my comp as pertaining to oc'ing:
BloodRage mobo running P08 BIOS
i7 920 d0 stepping 5 3919A704 batch STOCK COOLER
Corsair Dominator 6GB triple channel 1600

I have the same 3919A704 batch, I've been playing with it for a week now. I personaly am not to excited about the core temps on this batch. But then agian I live in Arizona and my ambient temps in my den are hovering around 29c-30c..

I'm Prim95'ing 4.02ghz right now at 1.264v

Turbo: off
Hyper Threading: off
blck: 200mhz
Multiplyer x20
Vcore +60
Uncore +40
Memory 2x (6g 1600mhz ocz gold)
everything else stock..

Temps are hitting 73-75c. I'll probably down clock it once Prime runs 12 + hours
