I think we have to wait for some retail samples before we can make any assumptions about 24/7 stability.

Another one, YES, but suck for LN2

This one 4.8G max for vantage, but 6.1G 3D06 full run.

I duno, mate. 06 score is only 500 points different from 4890s. GT1/GT2 is the same.

There is no increase from TriCF to QuadCF of HD5870s, at least for 3D06. Same goes for Vantage, 4x5870s would be able to destroy 4xGTX275 (2xGTX295), and they score lower.

The +1500 increase in CPU score is because of the 6 cores/12 threads. But in GPU score, 3x5870s at stock get better results than 4x5870s stock.

Looks really good, and VERY nice frequencies - I keep my fingers crossed that we wont have another episode of "waaa, why cant I upload my scores on HWB & FutureMark", stay put untill official release before results can be used for competition purpose :-)

It seems to be a very good CPU the Gulftown, likes cold, scales well, performs superb, I just hope that the benchmarks wont start scaling well for graphics...

7x HD5870X2, wuuuh, that would be sooooo great buying, would really benefit the sport, allowing everyone to have a chance for participating...
I do NOT like the eVga "More more more is better" trend, its simply ruining the fun in benching...

Or wait, lets all go out and buy computers for 5000 USD++ !!!! ROCK ON !!!

the SM2.0 and SM3.0 scores of 3D06 scale only with one core

only CPU-score is multithreaded. So unless you do some 5+Ghz runs you're completly bound by low-freq cpu.

Sign me up for one! Please! Will pay for shipping!

And back to the topic, the score is nice, the setup is sick. However, waiting for LN2 results!

I have never seen a chip get so much profit from a 13nm shrinkage

What are you using to increase the GPU Cores Voltage above 1.15v.

RivaTuner with v1165 addin does not work.

My Asus EAH5870 does not maintain the volts set with Smart Doctor above 1.15v.

My Asus EAH5870 can only do 980/1300 max until I find a way to pump in some more volts.

Will try that MSI tool tomorrow though.
