Thread: New Mainboard Waterblocks from Alphacool -> Smart Motion

    They look rather nice in the black! Look like they'd be quite a universal fit with the swingbracket design too.
    Be interested to see what kinda flow they can manage!?

    Whats with all these crooked chipset waterblocks lately? I understand they need to make them universal to keep them profitable, but I personaly like things in my case to line up straight. At least make the block universal, but have a series of hold-down plates for proper compatibility that can be sold separately. With the wonky installation, these blocks just do not appear esthetically appealing to me.

    depends how its mounted...

    think if its all the way towards the middle it would be square, then it gets more and more diagnol if that makes sense?
