Get some sound-deadening foam, the side panels and top panel make a little bit of vibrating noise, most likely from one or more of my hard drives.

I painted the side of mine with that white rubber stuff that is used on metal roofs. It is sort of like a rubber band when it dries. It works well but it may be a bit of over kill since it is pricey. I just happened to have some left over when I built mine.

it is an industrial strength San Ace 120... model 9SG1212P1G03..you will ifnd very little info on it unfortunately, very rare. Blows 260 CFM, moves paper 10 feet away,, removes fingers indiscriminately! Howls like a jet! two in tandem...ULTRA COPPER TRUE FTMFW!!!

I'd be glad to, but I'm closing on a house tomorrow and moving this weekend (and it's packed already), so it'll be a few days before I can get more pictures taken.
It might wait until I get the rest of my parts for my water loop...we'll see.

ShadowFox any issues with the Mega hitting the Classified NB heatsink. I was considering the Mega but was worried in a east/west orientation the fan clips would hit the NB HS or the mega itself...

Also setup looks clean

(that is easy to do - as i dont have time atm to dismantle system again)

cabbspapp something i noticed about that is the psu exhaust blows out the front of the case but there is an intake fan right above it which blows air over the hdd's - does that cause a problem?

Yes, it is a bit a pain to mount on the Classified. The Megahalems is actually right up against, touching, the NB HS. I think that might be in some way effecting the performance because I was getting better temps, at idle, with my Cooler Master V8. But when it comes to load performance, it beats the V8 by about 8-10C. If I were able to do it over again, I'd probably go with a different air cooler.

Thanks for the feedback... I have the True Black and it also hits the NB when in a East/West Config and current have it mounted North/South.

Probably want to pick up a mega shadow to compare between the two.

The fan above the PSU is actually an exhaust fan. Intake is at the back of the case.
